Shops are open every day, except Sunday, from 9-1 and from 4-8 but in the summer you're likely to find them open with a continuous schedule, even on Sundays.

The biggest open air market in Florence, the "Mercato di San Lorenzo" is located in Piazza S. Lorenzo in the historical center of Florence very near the Duomo. Cascine Flea Market
Both a locals and tourist market, the "Mercato delle Cascine" is located in Florence's lovely Cascine Park, and is open to the public every Tuesday from 7am to 2 pm.
Find clothing, antiques, novelty souvenirs, leather goods, household items, and a wide selection of food including typical Florentine products, fruits and vegetables. and much more!

Porcellino Market
Located in Piazza del Mercato Nuovo the "Mercato del Porcellino" in the historical center not far from Piazza della Signoria, this great market is open every day, except Sunday, from 8am to 7pm. Set up under the loggia, the market offers genuine hand embroidered products, articles in Florentine straw, a wide selection of leather goods, accessories, souvenirs, objects in wood, flowers, and much more. Make sure to check out the statue of the "porcellino" meaning "wild boar" while you're there and rub its nose for good luck!

Flea Market "Mercato delle Pulci"
Looking for memorabilia? This fantastic Flea Market is located in Piazza dei Ciompi and offers objects from the past like old prints, coins and jewelry. Find European treasures at affordable prices amidst the many stalls that line the market.
Open every day from 9 to 19.30 and on the last Sunday of every month the market is even larger!

OUTLETS NEAR FIRENZE

Valdichiana Outlet Village
100 km. outh of Florence in Foiano della Chiana in the province of Arezzo, find the new Valdichiana Outlet. Easy to arrive by buses leaving daily at 9:15 am from Florence's Santa Maria Novella train station, arriving at the outlet at 10:45 am and leaving the Outlet back to Florence at 2:15 pm.
The Valdichiana Outlet is an authentic Tuscan Village offering not only shopping but a lovely place to have fun and enjoy a day with the family while strolling the small historical center; vias, squares, bridges, cafs and restaurants, and a children's playground that make up the Valdichiana Outlet Village.

The Mall
A 40 minute car ride, 30 kilometers south east of Florence, exactly in Leccio Reggello, gets you to THE MALL.

Dolce & Gabbana Outlet

Open form Monday to Saturday from 9 to 7 pm and on Sundays from 3 to 7 pm.

Just 30 kilometrs northwest of Florence in Lo Sesto Fiorentino find the Roberto Cavalli Outlet.
In winter open from Monday to Saturday from 10 to 7.
In summer open from Monday to Friday from 10 to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10 to 6 pm

In the town of Campi Bisenzio, 36 kilometers northeast of Florence, find jeans with the famous name brand Roy Rogers in all styles.
